Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with Aurion Egypt Tours. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from Aurion Egypt Tours and a deposit has been received. The deposit amount is typically 20% of the total tour cost unless otherwise stated in your quotation.
All bookings are subject to availability. Aurion Egypt Tours reserves the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the tour departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit only (non-refundable)
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• 14–30 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• Fewer than 14 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
Changes to Bookings
Aurion Egypt Tours will endeavour to accommodate changes to confirmed bookings where possible, subject to availability. A change fee of $50 per person may apply for amendments made within 30 days of departure.
Limitation of Liability
Aurion Egypt Tours acts as a tour operator and takes all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and safety of all tours. However, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or acts of God.
We recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.
Conduct & Respect
Our clients are expected to behave respectfully towards local communities, heritage sites, natural environments, and Aurion staff and guides. We reserve the right to exclude any client from a tour where their conduct is deemed disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
